In conjunction with National Day, this campaign celebrates the nostalgia of Singapore’s good old days as a tribute to local culture. Inspired by familiar icons such as the public phone, chapteh, and the Good Morning towel, the campaign brings a sense of familiarity and warmth while commemorating Singapore’s birthday.
To bring this concept to life, limited edition enamel pins were created for customers to collect, alongside specially designed T-shirt uniforms for staff. These elements work together to create a cohesive and meaningful campaign that connects emotionally with the audience while celebrating shared memories.

RETAIL UPSELL
Planned the campaign end-to-end, covering the upsell mechanism, pricing, quantity, and supply to ensure smooth execution. The $2 add-on was designed to drive impulse purchases while maintaining value perception, supported by signages across kiosks and store counters, alongside social media to maximise visibility and conversion.
Creatively, the approach balances local nostalgia with a modern look, avoiding an overly national theme. This keeps the designs versatile and relevant for everyday use, while also supporting the launch of the Special Satay LTO to drive both product and add-on sales together.
